After six long musical seasons it was finally time to say goodbye to “Glee” Friday night. The show began in 2009 about a group of outcast kids who loved music and were looking for a way to fit in.
The finale season was titled “Dreams Come True” and the entire 2 hour episode went to a flash-forward of where are they now.
SPOILER ALERT!
Lea Michelle a.k.a. Rachel finally becomes the Broadway star she has always dreamed of and ends up getting married and being a surrogate for Kurt and Blaine.
Mr. Shoester becomes the principal of McKinley High, which becomes a performing arts school.
Mercedes, the diva that she is, basically becomes the next Beyonce. Kurt and Blaine become successful actors. As for Sue, she’s Vice President of the United States.
The entire club reunites in the year 2020 back in the auditorium one last time to sing the pop song “I Lived” by OneRepublic and wraps up with a fitting dedication to Cory Monteith, better know as Fin Hudson.
